Helpful and mature player , would be good to see him spend some time with the Suicide/Fuster and get feed back from them as i am some what bias here.

Been on the server for how long? "How long have you been playing on our server(s): 8-10 months (On and Off)" I haven't seen this player on this exile server for a period of greater than 1 week. Assuming he means prior to my return? I would still say give it 4-8 weeks of current server time...
