Time of occurrence and location.
PEOPLE INVOLVED:
Names of all involved in list format ie...

-Player2
-Player3
DESCRIPTION:
Description of issue at hand, be that abuse from player to player, reporting cheaters and glitchers, base/clan disputes and bugs/issues with the server.
EVIDENCE:
All evidence related to the event, youtube links and images/screenshots etc etc..
If all players could follow the template when reporting issues, it would be much appreciated. Thankyou.
