Another base lost

Our friend Wrarthis's base has vanished from the face of the planet. He paid his rent 3 days ago and now it's gone.

Oh dear, this isn't looking good. Something must be a miss in the server to database relationship, or a new bug for exile to iron out.

We shall look into it further....

This happened in the old version prior to Christmas.... Can one of the admins when they get a chance raise a case on the Exile Forums.

Checking last nights DB backup I can see Wrarthis base was last paid - '2016-01-23 00:58:09' - 7 days ago and was deleted as such.


Now if Wrarthis swears he paid it then we will look into what is going on as this is the 3 player to claim as such... I could be if they server is desyncing it doesnt record the payment??????

Mr JJ's base has also vaniseed. They were on no more than 2 days ago. This could be another one, we'll know soon enough.

Did we add any scripts recently? Possibly messing with the database save for base payment. ?

Nothing I am aware of? I am looking at the DB and several groups have paid perfectly fine

can you check the log. our base has completely vanished. We went to pay Friday afternoon but it was already gone. thanks

It was due Thursday night Galaxy need to make sure you remember due dates.

Can you just confirm the name so I am looking at the right one here?
