The one I saw was DaGhetto II which maintenance was last paid 2016-02-19 08:30:53 so it would have deleted @ Friday 9AM restart

So because we missed the payment by 8 hrs, due to a some of us being out of town for a few days, the base and everything inside has been wiped clean. That seems a bit harsh don't you think? Weeks worth of work deleted because we were a few hours late.

Um its not something the admins control.... the 7 day ruling is built into exile. Every time the server restarts it runs a calculation to see what bases are past 7 days. That is why there are several warnings about it, and it states beat to pay every few days just ao this doesnt happen.

If you speak to someone in the staff team and tell us you'll be away in future maybe one of our could help out as our entire admin team have full time jobs and full time lives we understand real life gets in the way of gaming.

Not really sure why you would think we would be that spiteful as to delete a base like that... the system is built into exile so as to remove unused bases and relieve server strain as each base subtracts from the overall performance...
