My Pole is glitched ;)

So my territory pole is clipped into a building and whenever i try to go upgrade it, it just kills me instantly or injures me and i bleed out. If any staff could help me on this problem that would be much appreciated

Youll need me to help for that one Taars cause when flag is deleted all the base objects get set unowned and deleted on restart.
I need to work some magic to keep them all good
