Reset Glitch

At the midnight reset i was moved to a couple of hundred meters above ground with no parachute ( i was crouched on the ground before). And the person i was playing with was moved onto a track and everything they had was removed. We were both online up until the reset kicked us off.
Also just before this as we were dropping in, just as he landed he was reset and had to parachute in again (no death involved)

How long before restart were you in the ground? Had you been flying jusy before that?

Always recommended to log off at the 5 minute warning mark.If you were flying say at 2 or 3 minute mark... then the server restart, your last "saved" position may have been when you were in the sky flying.

Players were Static Target and Woomera.
I think we both landed just after the 5 min mark.

It may have been due to landing just after 5 minute as it is advised to land at the 10 minute mark.

I have given Woomera a small compensation. I have yet to see you in game I will sort you out when I catch you online next.

Have hit a new snag.
I was kicked off this afternoon while looking at my map, now when i load in i start as a dead body when i respawn it just reloads at the dead body point, it skips the respawn screen.
I get bad service some times i'm usingmy phone wifi to connect.
Could a admin please kill the character so i can reload thanks.
