Gday i got banned earlier today because i accidently ran the game with cheat engine still running. Is it possible to remove the ban?

Heard this too many times. Cheat engine can be used to write personal cheat scripts that battle eye and infistar can not detect. Accidentally having software running that can be used to cheat/hack/script on our server isn't tolerated.
