Looks like it's a resolution issue.

It looks like your screen res / UI scaling as your status bar at the bottom is also more to one side than in the centre..

What RES do you run at?

User self resolved by changing RES to 1920 x 1080
....


Bug to be added to our listing, Smaller RES / Scales will mess with Exile UI.
