Technically the card doesn't grant you anything special. Just being concierge gives you those privileges. Only concierges could buy the card. Mine came in the mail early last week.

They said the same thing with the original citizen cards but that hasn't gone anywhere. Not likely that they will hold another event in Australia again due to the costs of the last one. Although our dollar has tanked so it wouldn't be as bad as last time.
