CS:GO Comp Teams

Fellow Gamers,
So many of you out there play CS:GO and enjoy a comp game from time to time, since the rank reshuffle in DEC '15 (I believe it was then), many of the ranks are now filled with trolls and derankers even more so than before. So my intention is for those who wish to try and improve thier ranks but continue to struggle due to others ruining it, we should group up and organise some game nights for comp play.
While I myself may not be the best person here to organise this as my CS:GO knowledge and presence is very casual, I am wondering who out there wants to get involved and start some small team / group sessions? Teamspeak has had 2 channels create for this purpose let me know if we need more.
