We have been testing and adjusting and retesting the CUP mod range (weapons + vehicles) and we are now at a state were we are happy to open the test box to the community to have fun with.

Buy some new CUP Weapons or Vehicles and go have a good time

Can you clear something up for myself.
Will the current server stay open along side the new one? If not when will the current server have the DB wipe?

The current server isn't going anywhere.

We run two servers, one that is live and as polished as possible, this is the one that you and everyone else play on.

The other server is our test server. It's where we test future additions to the server, like CUP, to make sure they don't conflict with other additions and also to make sure things are not overpowered etc.

that is different information to what was being told last night in the game.
So the current server will remain and there will be NO data base wipe. Is that correct?

When it's ready. The more people we get testing on the test server, the sooner it will be good to go.

No wipe is in the works.... We may wipe in a couple of months just to clean up the DB ... as the next Exile version should be out by then too from my chats with the devs...

What our current set up is :

SERVER #1 - Status : Production - IP : 103.13.103.37 - PORT : 2352
Use: To run the production TTSKY Exile ALTIS server

SERVER #2 - Status : Test / Development - IP : 103.13.103.35 - PORT : 2352
Use: TTSKY Test Exile server, where new scripts / mods / features are tested and debugged.

SERVER #3 - Secret

thanks for clearing that up guys.
There was a bit of confusion last night when an admin told us that the current server was going to be wiped very soon. That created a bit of tension and anger. LOL
I understand and agree with DB wipes on the server to clean it up from time to time and like the server restart 4 times a day. Its the only way to maintain a smooth running game.
I think its a great server and hope to keep enjoying for a while.
I will try and get some more guys over to the test server to have a play around tonight.
