Lost Money + Respect after server restart

I logged off before the restart and when i logged back on all of my poptaps and respect points are gone, According to flustercluck the time of the restart is the 9pm sydney time restart, flustercluck gave me 2k poptaps and told me to post this stuff onto forums.
